Empowering Women Through Awareness & Prevention
Menopause And Osteoporosis Awareness Campaign – 2023
In recognition of World Menopause Day (Oct 18) and World Osteoporosis Day (Oct 20), TMH Foundation ran a month-long awareness campaign. Over 80 women benefited from discounted DXA, body composition, and gynecological scans, along with free consultations by Dr. Meeta Singh.
Breastfeeding Awareness Program (2023)
Held during Breastfeeding Week, this initiative educated mothers on the dos and don’ts of breastfeeding, dispelling common myths and highlighting proper nutrition for both mother and baby.
Free HPV Vaccination Camp (2022)
In collaboration with AAPI and IMA North Hyderabad, we provided free HPV vaccines to adolescent girls (9-15 years), raising awareness about cervical cancer prevention.
Osteoporosis Awareness Program (2019)
A dedicated campaign focusing on early detection, symptoms, prevention, and lifestyle changes to manage osteoporosis.
International Women’s Day Health Camp (2020)
Conducted in partnership with Hyderabad City Police and OGSH-FOGSI, providing clinical check-ups, breast exams, and PAP smears for 350 women home guards.

Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Workshop (2023)
A three-day intensive workshop led by Dr. Tanvir and globally renowned expert Prof. Ajay Rane, featuring hands-on training in advanced urogynecological procedures.
Hysteroscopy Workshops (2021 & 2023)
Live surgical demonstrations and expert-led lectures, with participation from leading national and international specialists.
